Postponement /Cancellation will not be made until the day of the event.

Children will need : Togs, 2 towels, shoes, hat, warm top, bag to carry gear in, water to drink, sunscreen

A time to meet other families while having a picnic tea.
Bring your own meals and drinks.
Barbeques will be available for use (but we won't be selling sausages)
Sports trolley and gear will be available for games, or bring your own games/kites etc
Alcohol and smoking not permitted
